HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPMENT COST?

Once your order is dispatched and sent out, you will receive your shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our primary international courier is USPS, DHL and Australia Post. So when you receive a tracking number from us it is a safe bet you will be able to track it here https://track.aftership.com/
Please allow 24-48 hours for the system to update when tracking your orders.
If in case you are not receiving any information via aftership tracking, you can also try to track your order via USPS ( http://www.trackingmore.com/usps-tracking.html )
For USPS, please wait 4-5 days after placing your order. From there you should have a detailed information of your order status.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
At Gripped Fitness Audio we're super-efficient and want you to have your order as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please take note we cannot do any changes or cancellation when orders have been shipped out and on transit already.
Strictly no cancel policy on PRE-ORDERS. It is clearly stated on the website (per product page) once an item is pre-order and we have provided information as to when it will be scheduled for ship out. Once you have made a pre-order, you have agreed to wait for the stocks to arrive and be shipped out as soon as possible.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Gripped has the right to cancel any order that has been marked as high risk of being fraudulent. If you are the legit cardholder, please email us right away at email@example.com and provide the important details for verification.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT WILL I DO?
Please send us an email right away upon receiving the package with the picture of the headphones you received. After confirming the wrong item sent, we will exchange your item and pay for shipping both ways.
Gripped Fitness Audio accepts no responsibility for lost or late shipments. We will do our best to help you locate your parcel. Parcel tracking may take up to 10 - 15 working days with our couriers.
Please take note that usual concerns with lost or delayed package is due to incorrect address provided by customer, we will not be liable to any loss or delayed packaged due to this issue. If the package will be returned back to us, you will have to pay for the shipping fee so we can resend the package to the correct address. Strictly no cancellation/refund for this matter.
The customer agrees that they take ownership of the parcel as soon as we post it and will bear all incurred losses.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected or charged once the package reaches your destination. The duties and taxes fee may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for more information.
Please be reminded, we are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package since this is out of our control. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. However, we are doing our best so our customers won’t have to pay additional charges in receiving their headphones.
