WHY AM I CHARGED AN INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE?
Our default currency is USD and if your financial institution operates in a currency other than USD your bank may charge you a small international transaction fee.
WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
No, you are only charged once. If in the case you placed your order and you received an error at first, there is a second charge that you might see in your statement. Please do not worry as that should be a pre-authorization. If you have any doubts please kindly contact your bank.
MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are receiving an error message or prompt upon checking out, please review your credit card information, billing and shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and check for errors.

Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.
