First off, the headphone's are very comfortable, they fit the way headphones should fit. The sound is just amazing, my headphone only work when connected by the wire, the Bluetooth function does not work. I've tried to get it to work many times. Overall the headphones are very nice. I'm unhappy that I can't use them without connecting the included wire.

Can you please try these steps and let us know the outcome?
1. Drain the headset till OFF then recharge.
2. Once fully charged, turn it ON.
3. Reset your mobile Bluetooth settings.
4. Turn off your phone and reset the Bluetooth settings.
Please also take note:
green/red means Bluetooth ON
blue/red means Power ON

I purchased the Executive at the sale price as I did not want to continue bringing my Bose set to the gym at the price point I paid for them. I can honestly say I am really impressed with the sound quality as well as the battery life to this point. They are very comfortable and the noise cancelling works really well. My only issue with the entire experience was the fact that I paid for expedited shipping and it took 3 weeks to get my shipment. Great Product.
