As I sit here in this Clean food cafe, just after 9am, I look around me at a whole array of bodies. Some chiseled, some bulky, some bruised up.. and many, like mine, taking shape.

The one thing they all have in common is, they have just been put through some form of workout and are all fueling up with well prepared, healthy meals, ready to do it all again in the afternoon.


Now that I have your attention, lets talk about your next holiday and why going for a training holiday is an amazing alternative to 'slothing out' on the beach drinking.

Many people want to train and eat healthy, but work, responsibilities, etc can take over and before you know, it's been two weeks since the last time you saw the inside of a gym. It's a slippery slope, as your fitness declines, so do your energy levels. Making it all that much harder to get back motivated and back in the zone.

Others have specific goals, sporting events, contests, etc to prepare for. Or also, like myself don't want to come back from holidays feeling drained from drinking pina coladas in the sun.

 To these people I say.. Book a training holiday instead!

 

When you head overseas with the specific goal of training, you can apply yourself 100% to this, in an environment conducive to your goals, surrounded by others on the same path. All of your food is prepared for you, exactly how you want it at less cost than you could cook for yourself at home, so all you have to do is get your ass moving.

Depending on your chosen destination, there is a vast array of different training disciplines to choose from, so you can mix and match to keep it fresh. Maybe you want to hit a Ju-Jitsu session in the morning then cross-fit in the afternoon. Maybe you want to crush the weights in the AM then learn some boxing or Muay Thai in the PM. If you decide you want to take a day off to go explore the beaches.. get at it!

Come back from your next holiday looking fit, and feeling full of energy!
