There is no doubt that Calisthenics requires a combination of strength, flexibility, speed, and stamina. Josh Delgado, one of New York’s best Calisthenics athletes, shows us what it takes in his workouts to stay on top of his game and be the best.

High-intensity workouts are usually quick and to the point, yet leave you at a fat burning machine for the remainder of the day. They are great if you have a busy schedule and need to get into the gym and get out as quickly as possible.

Josh take us through his moves for this full body high-intensity interval session. Not a calisthenics athlete? Don’t worry! Josh goes through the options for us mere mortals who need to start somewhere a little more basic.

Josh lets us know that we need to work on your fundamentals before progressing to an advanced level. If you attempt this workout ensure you have your fundamental movements in place before you progress to a more advanced movement.
